Any poultry will have its moisture and flavour boosted by Meat Church Bird Bath Brine. This was inspired by Meat Church’s winning chicken brine recipe from years of competition. This brine is excellent for both turkey and chicken.
We recommend brining for 1 hour per pound in a food-safe container or brine bag. The simplest method is to brine the meat overnight. After brining, carefully rinse and pat dry. All you’ll need to make a moist and delicious turkey is this. However, if you want to amp up the flavour, feel free to add whole black peppercorns, lemon segments, or any other herbs or spices.
